SPIE Matthew Hall have been awarded the lead coordination and construction work associated with the mechanical, public health and fire protection services at the Savoy Hotel in the Strand, London. The services to be included consist of the

• Provision of the LTHW heating
• Chilled water
• HAVC
• Sprinklers,
• Dry risers,
• Water services and drainage to all back and front of house area

The £14million contract is part of a £100million restoration project which will see the English Heritage Grade 1 hotel re-open in May 2009.
