BIFM Finalists

The well respected British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) awards are held annually in recognition of the work and achievements of FM professionals across the industry.

The awards recognise the innovative ways in which facilities management teams deliver best practice, adding value and contributing to success of corporations, organisations and individuals.

The award of Corporate Occupiers Excellence in FM Team seeks to identify the best FM team in the UK providing services in this sector of the market. SPIE Matthew Hall are extremely proud to be short listed as finalists in this category for our work with Lilly, the pharmaceutical group.

Our submission outlined how; working in partnership with Lilly, we have risen to continually changing requirements and challenges during our 10 year working relationship. Service standards in the leading corporates such as Lilly are core to the business therefore must consistently be outstanding, cost-driven and future focused, providing innovative solutions in response to dramatic market changes.

Iain Murray, Chairman of BIFM, expressed his delight that there was such a strong shortlist for this year's BIFM awards, thereby demonstrating the strenght of the UK FM sector and the professionalism of members.
