2009 Contract Wins, so far...
During the first quater of 2009, we have secured the following contracts:-
- The Custodial sector:-
- Harmondsworth Detention Centre Heathrow
- Extended works on HMP Bronzefield Contract
- BAA's Heathrow Terminals:-
- Terminal 2, Decommissioning works
- Terminal 5 DCV Tunnel, technical services for the baggage transfer system from Terminal 1
and 5
- The Ministry of Defence:-
- Full refurbishment and fit out of the main data centres at Fort George and RAF Lossiemouth
- Replacement of heating mains, cold water and mains water distribution pipework along with all
hot water services at RAF Kinloss' medical centre
- Critical Environments:-
- O2, developing air conditioning upgrades to their various sites throughout the UK
- Barclays Capital, a Facilities Management contract renewal, in which SPIE Matthew Hall provide
support to the company's critical financial trading and data centre environments as well as
their back office support functions
- The Power Market:-
- The Nuclear Decommissioning Agency (NDA), sees an expansion of contract to include more
'soft services' including catering, reception, post room etc
- EDF at West Burton's new Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Station, the contract is for
design, procurement and commissioning of Electrical Technical services throughout the site,
moving SPIE Matthew Hall further into the power market
- Commercial Offices:-
- Support Services for Broadgate Tower and 201 Bishopsgate, British Land's flagship properties
boasting the most advance energy efficient buildings within the heart of London
- 'One New Change', contracted for the Mechanical services of the office retail area
- The Education Sector:-
- Mechanical and Electrical services at West Thames College, aiding our growth further with the
Education Sector
